Scooteroo held their first ever overnight run on the 17th of November. The planned rally was from the Scooters Scooters shop in the valley and headed north along the Bruce Highway to the first stop, the Freedom petrol station at Caloundra.

Some of the Px’s had the chance to have a little drink while we met up with other scooterists from the north
coast, thanks to some planning with Scooter Style from Noosa.

Together, the now larger group of scooters headed up through some lovely coastal towns. Coolum, Perigian and Noosa all got a little look before we headedalong the Noosa River Drive towards Tewantin and ultimately towards Boreen Point.

The ride was a pleasant 2 and a half hours with varying scenery and speed limits.

When we arrived at the Apollonian Hotel we were greeted by a small group of scooterists from the Canetoads SC and some smaller capacity scooters from the north coast. We parked all the scooters on the front grassed area to make a fantastic photo opportunity and we all relaxed with a beer and chatted about all things “scooter” with our new friends.

There were a total of 52 people and the night was enjoyed by all. A great variety of scooters and an even larger variety of people attended.
